More than a performance series

Xpression Studio Series was created to give musicians and creative professionals a space to perform, tell their stories, showcase their work, and connect with new audiences.

Each production combines elements of live performance, interviews, audio production, video production, and creative collaboration to document more than just the finished song or performance, the goal is to capture the personality, story, and creative process behind our featured guest.

Episode 55

We kicked off this 55th installment with a live jam and closed it out the same way, energy all the way through. In between, we dove into Cleveland culture, the legacy of mixtapes (shoutout to ‪@jukejointofficial216‬ by Jewels), and who really dominated that era. We also broke down what it means to be a true performer: showing up, holding the stage, and not relying on backing tracks. We launched Xpression Studio Series as an independently produced platform for artists and creative professionals. Since its launch in 2020, the series has developed through multiple seasons and more than 60 produced episodes featuring performances, interviews, collaborations, and original media content.

The series continues to evolve alongside our work in audio, video, live-event, and music production.
