From ages 11 to 18, I developed my foundation in music as a percussionist in concert, marching, and jazz bands. After graduating high school in 2011, I attended the University of Akron, where I deepened my knowledge with music theory, keyboard fundamentals, and percussion studies. It was there that I discovered a passion for music production and sound engineering—taking on unpaid projects simply for the experience and craft.

In 2016–2017, I advanced my technical expertise in California by completing Avid Pro Tools certifications (101, 110, 201, and 210M) and intensive music production training through ProMedia. This formal training helped me transition from hobbyist to professional. I went on to establish Pure Power Music, LLC, a Cleveland-based music, audio, and visual production company. In its early days, I continued working pro bono to build my portfolio and earn trust in the local creative community. By 2018, Pure Power Music began generating steady revenue, as our reputation for quality production and engineering services grew.

Around 2019, my skills as a producer and engineer started to gain real traction. I expanded into live sound engineering, supporting artists and event producers with full-service audio production for concerts, private parties, corporate events, and festivals across Northeast Ohio. This hands-on experience strengthened my ability to deliver professional-quality sound in both studio and live environments.

In 2020, I launched Xpression, our signature internet show and podcast. Xpression showcases artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs through intimate performances and in-depth interviews designed to amplify their voices,creativity, and EPK media production. The series provides great media opportunities while allowing me to hone my engineering skills in studio performances, dialogue recording, mixing for live jam sessions, and content production.

Today, I operate as a self-employed, freelance music producer, sound engineer, and musician, running Pure Power Music to serve clients with a full spectrum of creative services. Our studio is equipped for advanced production work, including mixing and mastering, custom beat production, sound design, and immersive audio experiences. I also work with Raise the Roof Entertainment for larger-scale event production, offering staging and AV services.

With a mission to support artists at all levels, I’m committed to delivering professional-grade production while fostering the creative community in Cleveland and beyond.
